Analytics & Optimization is the practice of using data to understand how your digital experience is truly performing, and then systematically improving it through a test & learn experimentation process.

At the heart of this process is identifying and eliminating bottlenecks. By running controlled experiments, you let real user behavior determine what actually works, creating a continuous loop of measurement and improvement that improves business outcomes.

Analytics & Optimization

Can you offer analytics and A/B testing separate - a la carte?

Yes. While we like to think of these practice areas as a unified effort, we do offer support with one or the other as well. Some organizations are already sufficiently staffed with one or the other, so we plug and play based on requirements or staffing needs.

How long does it take you to deploy analytics tracking?

When new websites are stood up, proper tracking needs to be deployed. Basic tracking can be set up quickly - usually one to two weeks is sufficient,  once we have the tracking requirements. For more customized and extended tracking, deployments can take anywhere from two to four weeks.

What do your A/B testing engagements look like?

We offer low to high velocity testing engagements. For medium velocity testing engagements where we are launching one to two tests per month, we typically have bi-weekly calls with customers where we cover test planning for new test ideas in the pipeline and review data for live or recently concluded tests. In terms of deliverables every test culminates with a "Recap & Recommendations" document that covers the data and what we recommend going forward, based on the data.

Can you help us build dashboards?

Yes. We can help you visualize the data you already have flowing in. We can tailor dashboards to particular audiences - Digital Marketing teams, product teams or executive dashboards for the C-Suite.
